「ゲストハウスによく泊まっている友だちの話を聞いて、楽しそうと思って」と、初めてゲストハウスに来てはみたものの、やはりチェックインのときはちょっと緊張気味。
たしかに、ホテルのようにフロントでチェックインするわけではなくて、若葉屋では座卓でチェックイン。
風呂やトイレはほかのお客さんとの共同利用で、ドミトリーとなれば、寝室もほかのお客さんと一緒です。
なかなか、ホテルや旅館とは勝手が違います。
And guests who experience guesthouses for the first time in wakabaya are also many.

Guest shares a common bathroom, toilets, and even a bedroom if in a dormitory with others.

海外からのお客さんたちも含め、全員、お互いは初対面なのに、座卓を囲んでのトランプに大盛り上がり。
Onde night, a Japanese student guest, who is a guesthouse beginner, was playing cards with guests from France, Korea, and Finland.
All of them had not met each other before that.
But they really enjoyed cards together.
