Booking

Booking Process

  1. Complete and submit your booking request using the form at the bottom of this page.
  2. Within 15 minutes of submission, an automated reply email will be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive it within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or email filters, and contact Wakabaya by E-mail.
  3. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email sent from Wakabaya within 12 hours. Should you not receive it, please contact us.
  4. Send a read receipt via the link provided in the confirmation email. If you fail to send it within 48 hours, your reservation may be cancelled. (Repeat guests are not required.)

Changes/Cancellation of Bookings

  • Changes or cancellations after booking confirmation must be made via E-mail.
  • Cancellation fees will not be charged up until 20:59 on the day of arrival. However, please notify us as soon as possible once you know you need to cancel. There may be travellers who want the room that you are cancelling.
  • Cancellations made after 21:00 on the day of arrival and no-shows will be charged 100% of the first night's accommodation fee.
  • Guests who booked via Booking.com or Agoda should cancel their reservation through the booking management section on each site or via their app. The cancellation policy of each booking site will apply.
