Booking

Booking Process

  1. Please complete and submit your booking request using the form below.
  2. Within 15 minutes of submitting the form, an auto-reply will be sent to the email address you provided. Should you not receive it, please check your spam folder and contact us individually.
  3. Subsequently, Wakabaya will send a booking information email within 24 hours, informing you of the availability and the total cost.
  4. If your stay is available, an online invoice for 10,000 yen will be emailed soon. Please make a 10,000 yen advance payment within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.
  5. Your reservation will be confirmed once the advance payment has been made.
