直接予約についてのキャンセル、変更は電話一本、メール一本で承ります。一方、OTA予約のキャンセルや変更については、若葉屋側に操作権限をもたせていないOTAもあるため、お客様ご自身でOTAの管理画面やアプリでお手続きしていただく場合があります。
直接予約では、当日21時までにご連絡をいただければキャンセル無料です。一方、OTA予約ではより厳格なOTA各社のキャンセルポリシーが適用されます。

1. Simple procedure
To make an OTA reservation, the booker is required to register as a member, log in, and enter credit card information in some cases. Direct booking does not require any of these tiresome works.

After submitting the request from the form, you will receive an automated email reply in a few minutes. After that, Wakabaya will check your request and send a booking confirmation email, and we kindly request that you send a read receipt. Additionally, when booking by telephone, we send your booking details via WhatsApp to your mobile phone, allowing you to confirm your reservation.
2. Easy-to-understand price
Wakabaya’s room rates can be calculated only by determining whether you will stay on a normal day or a busy day (check our calendar) and the number of beddings (futon/bed) you need.
