うどんバカ一代に定休日ができています！
Udon Bakaichidai is now closed on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday!
先日、近所のうどんバカ一代に朝うどんしに行ったら、元日を除いて年中無休だったのが、第2、第4水曜定休に変わっていました。
I went to Udon Baka Ichidai in our neighborhood for breakfast and found that the restaurant, which had been open every day, was now closed on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month.
バカ一代は若葉屋から徒歩約5分のところにある、超人気のうどん屋さん。朝6時開店なので、若葉屋のお客さんはよく、朝うどんに行かれます。この定休日の設定は、若葉屋にとって大ニュースです。
Baka Ichidai is a very popular udon restaurant located about a 5-minute walk from Wakabaya. Since the restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., many of our guests go there for breakfast udon. This is a big news for us.
ふとうどんが食いたくなって、バカ一代でこの張り紙を見つけてよかったです。まだネット上の情報はどれも「無休」のままになっていますからね。
I suddenly had a craving for udon, and I’m glad I found this sign there. Much of the information on the Internet still says “open every day”.
ちなみに私が食べたのは、釜かけ小＋おあげです。釜かけを頼むひとをほぼ見たことありませんが、おすすめですよ。
By the way, I ate kamakake udon topped with fried tofu. I don’t see many people ordering “kamakake”, but I recommend it.
観光客でもないのでうどんの写真を撮ることなく、完全に業務用の写真だけ撮って店を去りました。
I didn’t take a picture of udon because I am not a tourist, but took pictures only for my work.
