一棟貸し
- まだ別のお客さまからのご予約が１件も入っていない日であれば、一棟貸しにすることができます。
- 和室は通常、2泊からのご宿泊で承っておりますが、一棟貸しの場合は1泊でもご宿泊を承ります。
- ご予約時に承りましたご宿泊人数のとおり、各お部屋にその数のお布団をご用意します。チェックイン後に布団をお部屋間で移動させて利用することはできません。
- 宿泊料金が高額になるときは、お支払い条件やキャンセルポリシーが通常と異なることがあります。その場合は、ご予約確定前にご相談させていただきます。
Entire-House Rentals
- If no other reservations have been made for your desired dates, we may offer the entire house for exclusive use.
- Whilst Japanese-style rooms usually require a minimum stay of two nights, we accept single-night stays when you book the entire house.
- We will prepare the necessary number of futons for each room according to the number of guests provided at the time of booking. It is not possible to move futons between rooms after check-in.
- When accommodation charges are high, payment terms and cancellation policies may differ from the standard. In such cases, we shall discuss matters with you before confirming your reservation.
料金の計算方法
- 各部屋の規定の宿泊料金をいただきます。
- 若葉屋には全4室あります。利用しないお部屋があったり、最低宿泊人数未満の人数で利用するお部屋があったりしても、一棟貸しとすることが可能です。ただし、それらのお部屋に対しては宿泊日当日の最低料金をいただきます。下の最低料金と空室カレンダーでご確認ください。

Calculation of Charges
- The standard room rate applies for each room.
- Wakabaya has a total of 4 rooms. Even if some rooms remain unused or if the number of guests falls below the minimum occupancy requirement, the entire house can still be rented out. However, for these rooms, we shall charge the minimum rate applicable on the day of your stay. Please check them above and the availability calendar.
ご予約方法
- 若葉屋の公式ウェブサイトの予約リクエストフォーム、もしくは電話にて受け付けています。
- 予約リクエストフォームでご予約の場合は、各お部屋で実際に利用される布団・ベッドの数を選んで、備考欄に一棟貸し希望の旨を記入し、送信してください。
- 電話予約の場合は口頭とSMSで、予約リクエストフォームからのご予約の場合は返信メールで最低貸切料金を含めた金額をお伝えいたします。
How to Book
- Reservations are accepted via the booking request form on our official website.
- On the booking request form, please select the number of futons or beds to be used in each room, indicate your request for the entire house rental in the comments section, and submit the form.
若葉屋の定員以上でのご宿泊について
若葉屋は最大定員16人のゲストハウスで、ご用意できる寝具の数も16組までです。16人以上でのご宿泊を希望されている方は、若葉屋と近隣ゲストハウスとの「二棟貸し」をご検討ください。
瓦町ドミトリーは若葉屋から約1km、車で5分、徒歩でも15分ぐらいのところにあります。
まるで秘密基地のような、カプセルタイプのベッドが並ぶゲストハウスです。最大定員は10人。
若葉屋と瓦町ドミトリーはお友だちですが、それぞれ別の宿泊施設です。料金体系、お支払い方法、キャンセルポリシーなどは各宿泊施設によって異なります。お問い合わせ、予約、変更、キャンセルなどのお申込みは恐れ入りますが、若葉屋と瓦町ドミトリーのそれぞれに、個別で行ってください。
