昨日、2019年7月10日で、ゲストハウス若葉屋は5周年を迎えました。
と言っても、特に何をするでもありません。
百日紅（サルスベリ）の花が綺麗に咲いたぐらいです。
Guest House Wakabaya had the 5th anniversary yesterday, 10th July 2019.
However, nothing was special.
Just white crepe myrtle blossoms are blooming beautiful.
新規のチェックインもチェックアウトもなし。
日本、フランス、韓国から、それぞれ、ひとり旅の女性たちが連泊のみ。
お友だちを訪ねたり、小豆島の千枚田を歩いたり、高松市内を散策したり。
若葉屋は、彼女たちの思い思いの旅の、基地となっています。
いつもどおりの若葉屋です。
No check-in, no check-out.
Just solo female travelers from Japan, Korea, and France stay here.
One of them visited her friend, another enjoyed a green view of rice terraces in Shodoshima Island, and the other walked around Takamatsu.
Wakabaya is a trip base of each traveler, as usual.
清掃も多くなく。
これまで100円で販売していた耳栓を無料化するために、表示の切り替え作業をしたり、駐車場の草抜きをしたり。
チェックインもないので、昨日は私が子どもたちを保育園に迎えに行って、一緒に洗濯物をたたんだり、お風呂に入ったり、ご飯を食べたり、パズルをしたりして、お母さんをお迎えに行ったりと、ゆったりと過ごしました。
Not so much cleaning yesterday.
I just changed some signs to make our earplugs free of charge and weeded our parking.
I picked up our sons at nursery school in the evening and we spent an easy time together.
We folded laundry, took a bath, had dinner, played with puzzles, and walked out to pick up their mom.
おかげさまで、お宿での仕事も、おうちでの暮らしも、若葉屋らしい5周年記念日でした。
Thanks to all, our 5th anniversary day was quite like Wakabaya style in both guesthouse work and family.
さて、明後日からは3連休となり、来週にはいよいよ、瀬戸内国際芸術祭の夏会期が開幕です！
Well, we’ll have busy days soon again from coming Saturday (3 day-weekend) and Setouchi Triennale 2019 Summer Session from 19th July.
