一棟貸し Entire-House Rentals

If no other reservations have been made for your desired dates, we may offer the entire house for exclusive use.
Whilst Japanese-style rooms usually require a minimum stay of two nights, we accept single-night stays when you book the entire house.
We will prepare the required number of futons for each room based on the number of guests provided at booking. It is not possible to move futons between rooms after check-in.
When accommodation charges are high, payment terms and cancellation policies may differ from the standard. In such cases, we shall discuss matters with you before confirming your reservation.

ご利用されるお部屋の規定の宿泊料金をいただきます。
ただし、ご宿泊日1日ごとの宿泊料金の合計が下記の最低料金を下回る場合は、こちらの最低料金がその日のお支払い金額となります。宿泊日ごとの最低料金は空室カレンダーのG（グループルーム）の表示に応じて決まります。
したがって、割高にはなりますが、少人数で一棟貸しとすることも可能です。

We will charge the standard room rate for the room you are using.
However, if the total room charge per night falls below the minimum rate shown above, this minimum rate will apply for that night. The minimum rate per night is determined by the ‘G’ (Group Room) designation shown on the availability calendar.
Therefore, although it works out at a higher rate, a small group can also book the entire house.

若葉屋の公式ウェブサイトの予約リクエストフォーム、もしくは電話にて受け付けています。
通常のご宿泊予約同様、3ヶ月後の月末までのご宿泊予約を受け付けています。
ただし一棟貸しに限り、翌年末までのご宿泊を仮予約としてお受けできます。
仮予約をいただいたお客さまには、ご宿泊希望日の3ヶ月前の月初（宿泊希望日が9月10日なら、6月1日）に、そのご宿泊希望日に若葉屋が営業するかお休みするかをお伝えします。営業するとなった場合は、ご予約が確定されます。しかしお休みするとなった場合は、申し訳ございませんがご予約をお受けすることはできず、お客さまご自身で別の宿泊施設をお探しいただくようになります。
若葉屋は家族経営の小さな宿で、家族で出かけるときなどにお休みすることがあるためです。ご理解いただけますと幸いです。
3ヶ月よりあとのご宿泊にかかる料金は、空室カレンダーでご確認いただけません。予約リクエストを送信いただきました後に、若葉屋からお送りします仮予約受理メールにてお伝えします。

Reservations are accepted via the booking request form on our official website.
We accept reservations up to the end of the month three months in advance.
However, for entire-house bookings only, we can accept tentative reservations for stays through the end of the following year.
At the beginning of the month three months before the desired stay date (for example, 1 June for a stay on 10 September), we will inform whether we will be open or closed on that date. If we are open, we will accept this as a confirmed reservation. However, if we are closed, we will be unable to accept your reservation, and you will need to find alternative accommodation yourself.
This is because Wakabaya is a small, family-run guesthouse, and we sometimes close when we go away. We appreciate your understanding.
Rates for stays more than three months from now cannot be viewed on the availability calendar. We will inform you of these rates in the tentative booking confirmation email after you have submitted a booking request.

若葉屋でご用意できる寝具は最大16組です。
複数人で一組の寝具をご利用いただいたり、寝袋を持ち込んでいただくことも可能です（条件、追加料金あり）。また、若葉屋と市内のゲストハウスとの「二棟貸し」も可能です。柔軟にご対応したいと思いますので、まずはご相談ください。
二棟貸しでご案内しているゲストハウスは瓦町ドミトリーです。若葉屋から約1km、車で5分、徒歩でも15分ぐらいのところにあります。

まるで秘密基地のような、カプセルタイプのベッドが並ぶゲストハウスです。最大定員は10人。

若葉屋と瓦町ドミトリーはお友だちですが、それぞれ別の宿泊施設です。料金体系、お支払い方法、キャンセルポリシーなどは各宿泊施設によって異なります。お問い合わせ、予約、変更、キャンセルなどのお申込みは若葉屋と瓦町ドミトリーのそれぞれに、個別で行ってください。

We can provide up to 16 sets of bedding.
It is possible to share bedding between several people or to bring your own sleeping bag (subject to conditions and additional charges). We also offer the option to book two entire houses, Wakabaya and another guesthouse in the town.
We are happy to accommodate your needs flexibly, so please do get in touch to discuss your requirements.
The guesthouse available for this combined booking is Kawaramachi Dormitory. It is located approximately 1 km from Wakabaya 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away [map]. Wakabaya and Kawaramachi Dormitory are friends, but they are separate accommodation providers. Rates, payment methods, cancellation policies and other details vary between the two guesthouses. Please contact Wakabaya and Kawaramachi Dormitory separately for enquiries, bookings, changes and cancellations.
