ROOMS

• We don't have a children's rate based on age.
• If a child uses their own bedding, the cost will be the same as for an adult.
• A 1,500 yen fee will be charged per night for each child who shares a bedding with an adult.
• The futon bedding is 100 cm wide, 200 cm long and 8 cm thick.

• If no other reservations have been made for your desired dates, we may offer the entire house for exclusive use.
• Whilst Japanese-style rooms usually require a minimum stay of two nights, we accept single-night stays when you book the entire house.
• Even if some rooms remain unused or if the number of guests falls below the minimum occupancy requirement, the entire house can still be rented out. However, we shall charge the minimum rate for those rooms.
• Payment terms and cancellation policies may differ from the standard.

• We daily dispose of rubbish, restock amenities and towels, and clean common areas such as the bathrooms, toilets, living room, etc.
• We do not enter the bedrooms of guests staying longer than one night for cleaning or changing the sheets. An adhesive rolling cleaner is provided in the room.

• The door is unlocked during the day, except when we are away.
• The door is kept automatically locked from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am the following morning. While locked, you can unlock the door with the PIN code provided at check-in.
• There is no curfew.
• Check-in time is from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

• When you arrive at Wakabaya, press the chime on the entrance door.
• If you need anything during your stay, don’t hesitate to call us with another chime in the living room. The host family lives behind the guest house.
