実は、ゲストハウス若葉屋は「ゴールデンウィークまでにオープンできたらいいね」という計画だったのですが、気づいたら７月になっていました。
なんとか、７月のこの３連休に間に合って良かったです。
“Let’s open the guest house by the golden week in May!”
It was our schedule actually.
But July has come before I knew it…
Now, it’s OK because we’ve opened it before this three-day weekend.
先週、オープンして宿泊のお客さんのほかにも、見学、ご挨拶、取材などでいろんな方が来られています。
そうして初めて気づくことも色々とありまして、この１週間で追加や手直しの工事をしたり、備品を買い揃えたりしていっています。
平日は宿泊のお客さんが少なくても、ずっとバタバタし通しでした。
After the opening, many people, not only the guest to stay, visited here.
Through showing them wakabaya, we found several things to improve, so we were busy buying equipment additionally and repair electric facilities during the last weekdays.
そうして迎えた、若葉屋にとって初めての連休。
昨日はこんなバックパックを背負ったお客さんがチェックイン。
このサイズのバックパックを見るだけで、テンション上がりますね。
香川からスタートした今回の旅は、約１ヶ月かけて山陽、山陰、九州、沖縄へと続くようです。

Yesterday, a guest with this big backpack checked in.
We got excited by just looking at such a tourist’s backpack!
His trip started here, Kagawa, and continues to San’yo, San’in, Kyushu area, and Okinawa for a month.
昨夜の団欒の結論は、「よし、やはりグルジアに行ってみよう。
