2014年7月にオープンしたゲストハウス若葉屋にとっては、初めてのゴールデンウィークを迎えています。
5月2日から明日、5月5日まで、連日、満室です。

This “golden week” is the first time for guesthouse wakabaya, which opened last July.
Thanks to every guest, we are full these days.
みなさん、瀬戸内の島々、うどん巡り、ツーリング、お遍路など、それぞれの旅を楽しんでおられます。
Guests enjoy their own journeys such as island hopping, sanuki udon, ride trips, and pilgrim.
そんな中、突出していたのはこちらのおふたり。
フランスからのお客さん（うち、ひとりは留学生）で、目的はスポーツチャンバラです。
このゴールデンウィーク期間中に、東かがわ市で行われたスポーツチャンバラの講習会に参加するためのお越しです。
These French guests are remarkable.
They came here to participate in a training class on “sport chanbara” held in Kagawa.
さて、明日は5月5日、こどもの日。
我が家では鯉のぼりが元気に泳いでいます。
今日は家族連れのお客さんが二組、おられて、子どもたちが幸太郎と遊んでくれました。
幸太郎はにっこにこです。
By the way, tomorrow is Children’s Day in Japan.
The carp are flying over the sky for our son, Kotaro.
We welcomed two family guests with kids today and they played with him.
