早いもので、もう10月になりました。
7月10日に突然、ゲストハウス若葉屋、オープン宣言をして、まもなく3ヶ月になります。
October has come.
3 months will pass soon since guest house wakabaya opened on 10th July.
毎月末に、その月の集計をするのですが、先月、9月はというと…
のべ114人ものお客さんにご宿泊いただきました。

男女比はほぼ1:1。
According to our monthly summary, as many as 114 guests visited wakabaya last September.

The male-female ratio was about 1:1.
海外からのお客さんはのべ18人で、およそ6人に1人の割合。
そのうち、半分はフランスからのお客さんです。
いつも、フランスからのお客さんに驚かれますが、実は、ゲストハウス若葉屋はフランス語対応もちょっと、できます。
私も妻も、公用語がフランス語のセネガルに2年間、住んでおりましたので。
そのうち、ウェブサイトもフランス語訳していくつもりです。
The number of international guest was 18, it’s about one in six.

Tous les clients français se étonnent que nous parlons un peu français.
Parce que je et ma femme; nous haibitions au Sénégal pendant deux ans.
Je vais traduire notre site Web en français un jour.
駐車場、駐輪場の利用状況を見てみると、車がのべ13台、自転車がのべ23台、バイクがのべ5台。
お客さんの数は8月のほうがかなり多かったのに、自転車やバイクの数は9月のほうが多いです。
涼しくなってサイクリングやツーリングにはいい季節になったということですね。
The number of vehicles parked was 13 cars, 23 bicycles, and 5 motorbikes.
The number of guests in August was more than in September but bicycles and motorbikes are more in September.
It means that it got a good season for cycling and touring.
今朝、チェックアウトされた9月最後のお客さんも、250ccのバイクでした。
（ピッカピカに磨かれたそのバイクの写真を撮り忘れてしまったので、ブログの写真は代わりに、たぬきです。）
このお客さんは高松、丸亀、今治、松山、宇和島、高知と回られるそう。
街の共通点、分かりますか？
全部、城下町なんです。
旅の目的はツーリングと合わせて、四国のお城巡り。
なるほど、島やお寺だけでなく、四国のお城を巡るという楽しみ方もありますね。
The guest who checked out this morning was also with her 250cc motorbike.
She will visit Marugame, Ibamabari, Matsuyama and Kochi.
