京都から、大学陸上部員７人です。
若葉屋で４泊の合宿をして、今朝、屋島陸上競技場に向けて出発されました。
Seven athletes of the track and field club in a university from Kyoto stayed at Guest House Wakabaya for four days for training and left for the Yashima Athletic Field this morning.
陸上部のみなさん、挨拶もしっかりしてくれますし、ゴミもちゃんと分別してくれますし、早寝早起き。
しかも、完全ノンアルコール。
実に立派な合宿です。
These young athletes greeted us well everyday, separated rubbish according to type well, went to bed early, and got up early.
And non-alcohol.
Very good training camp!
陸上部員7人が今朝、チェックアウトして、今度は高校バレー部員12人がチェックインされました。
私も以前は、合宿をする側の学生だったわけですが、まさか約15年後に、合宿学生を受け入れる側になるとは、1ミリも予想できませんでした。
おもしろいものです。
After their check-out this morning, 12 high school volleyball players checked-in this evening.
I also used to be a student who participated in a training camp of orienteering but I had never imagined that I would become a host for the student camp after 15 years that time.
C’est la vie.
