限定的な営業再開について
ゲストハウス若葉屋は、我が家での双子ベイビーの誕生に際して2025年5月18日から休業していましたが、9月1日より宿泊予約の受け付けを再開しています。
現在、ご宿泊予約をお受けするにあたって、連泊、もしくは大人数でのご宿泊を前提とするなどの条件を設けております。これは、若葉屋でお客さんをお迎えしつつも、私たち家族が家庭での時間を十分に持てるようにするためです。どうかみなさまの温かいご理解をいただけますと幸いです。以前のような通常営業の再開までは、まだ数ヶ月お待ちくださいませ。
Limited Re-opening
Guest House Wakabaya had been closed since 18 May 2025 to care for our twin babies. Then, we resumed accepting bookings on 1 September.
Currently, we only accept reservations from guests staying for consecutive nights or from larger groups. This is so that while hosting guests at Wakabaya, we can still have sufficient time with our family. We would be most grateful for your kind understanding. Please wait a few more months until we resume normal operations as before.
一棟貸し
1日1組限定の一棟貸しの宿になります。（ただし、ご利用にならない寝室へは立ち入りできません。）
Whole House Renting
Guest House Wakabaya only rents the whole house for one group a day. (However, access to unreserved bedrooms is not permitted.)
最低宿泊料金
49,500円（ご予約1件につき）
基本的には、1泊あたりの宿泊料金 x 泊数の合計金額がお支払いいただく金額となりますが、この金額が49,500円に満たない場合のお支払い金額は一律49,500円とさせていただきます。
従いまして、例えばツイン和室に２人で2泊のご予約の場合、宿泊料金は33,000円と設定しておりますが、お支払いいただく宿泊料金は49,500円となります。
また、当初のご予約時点では合計宿泊料金が49,500円を越えていても、その後の予定変更で人数や泊数が減り、合計宿泊料金が49,500円を下回ってしまった場合は、お支払いいただく宿泊料金は49,500円となります。
Minimum charge
49,500 yen (per booking)
The payment amount is generally calculated as the total of the per-night charge multiplied by the number of nights. However, if this amount falls below 49,500 yen, the flat charge of 49,500 yen will be applied.
Therefore, for example, if you book a Japanese-style twin room for two people for two nights, the charge is set at 33,000 yen, but the total charge payable will be 49,500 yen.
Even if the total charge exceeded 49,500 yen at the time of your initial booking, if subsequent changes to your plans reduce the number of guests or nights and the total charge falls below 49,500 yen, you will be charged 49,500 yen.

2~16人（添い寝のお子様除く）
1名様でのご予約はお受けしておりません。一人旅のみなさま、申し訳ございません。通常営業の再開をお待ちくださいませ。
16人を越えるグループでのご宿泊を検討されている方は、若葉屋から約1km離れた別のゲストハウス（瓦町ドミトリー 定員10人）との二棟貸しをご提案しております。どうぞご相談くださいませ。
Number of guests
2 to 16 persons (excluding children sharing a bed)
We are unable to accept bookings for a solo guest. We apologise to solo travellers. Please await the resumption of our regular operation.
For groups exceeding 16 guests, we propose booking two properties: Wakabaya and another guesthouse approximately 1km away (Kawaramachi Dormitory, capacity 10). Please feel free to consult us.
前入金
若葉屋からのご予約お知らせメールが届きましたら、48時間以内に10,000円の前入金をお願いいたします。ご予約お知らせメールとほぼ同時に、オンライン請求書がメールで届きますので、そちらからクレジットカードでオンライン決済を行ってください。前入金の完了をもって、ご予約が確定します。前入金が48時間以内に確認できない場合は、ご予約は不成立となります。ご宿泊を希望される場合は、恐れ入りますが再度、予約リクエストフォームからリクエストを送信してください。
チェックイン時に、合計宿泊料金から前入金分の10,000円を差し引いた差額をお支払いいただきます。
Deposit
Upon receiving the booking information email from Wakabaya, please make an advance payment of 10,000 yen within 48 hours. Shortly after receiving the booking information email, you will also receive an online invoice via email. Please use this to make your online payment with your credit card. Your reservation will be confirmed upon completion of the advance payment. Should the advance payment not be confirmed within 48 hours, your reservation will be deemed invalid. If you still would like to make a reservation, we kindly request that you resubmit your booking request via the booking request form.
Upon check-in, you will be required to pay the balance of the total charge, after deducting the advance payment of 10,000 yen.
ご宿泊可能日
空室カレンダーがCLOSED（休館）、FULL（満室）の日はご宿泊いただけません。STAYはご宿泊いただけますが、チェックインはできません。その前日以前からの連泊のみが可能です。基本的に、毎週日曜日はチェックイン不可日です。
空室カレンダーではOKとなっていても、私たちの家庭の状況（育児が大変！）やご予約内容によっては、ご宿泊いただけない場合があります。どうかご理解くださいませ。予約リクエストフォームからリクエストを送っていただき、こちらでご宿泊可否の判断をしまして、その結果を24時間以内に「ご予約お知らせメール」にて返信いたします。
Available Dates
Dates marked CLOSED or FULL on our availability calendar are unavailable for stays. Dates marked STAY are available for stays, but check-in is not possible. Only consecutive stays from the day before or earlier are possible. Check-in is generally not available on Sundays.
Even if the calendar shows OK, we may be unable to accommodate your stay due to our family circumstances (hectic with twins’ childcare!) or your desires. We kindly ask for your understanding. Please submit your request via the booking request form. We will decide whether your stay is possible and reply with the result within 24 hours via a “Booking Information Email”.
キャンセルポリシー
- チェックイン日の3日前まで: キャンセル料なし。前入金分10,000円全額をクレジットカードに返金します。（例: チェックイン日が10月30日の場合、10月27日23:59までにキャンセル連絡をいただければ、キャンセル料なし） 返金決済には数日を要する場合があります。
- チェックイン日の2日前からチェックイン当日20:59まで: キャンセル料10,000円。前入金分10,000円全額をキャンセル料として頂戴しますので、返金はございません。（例: チェックイン日が10月30日の場合、10月28日0:00から10月30日20:59までにキャンセル連絡をいただければ、キャンセル料10,000円）
- チェックイン当日２0：59までにキャンセルや到着遅れのご連絡もなく、ご来館されなかった場合: キャンセル料49,500円。前入金分10,000円に加えて、残り39,500円をキャンセル料としてクレジットカードのオンライン決済にて請求させていただきます。
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 3 days before the check-in date: No cancellation fee. The full deposit of 10,000 yen will be refunded to your credit card. (Example: For a check-in date of 30 October, no cancellation fee applies if cancellation is notified by 23:59 on 27 October). Refund processing may take several days.
- From two days before the check-in date until 20:59 on the check-in date: Cancellation fee of 10,000 yen. The full deposit of 10,000 yen will be retained as the cancellation fee; no refund will be issued. (Example: For a check-in date of 30 October, if cancellation is notified between 00:00 on 28 October and 20:59 on 30 October, a cancellation fee of 10,000 yen will apply.)
- No-show with no contact by 20:59 on the check-in date: Cancellation fee of 49,500 yen. In addition to the deposit of 10,000 yen, the remaining 39,500 yen will be charged as a cancellation fee via online credit card payment.

1階と2階に同じ広さのお部屋が1室ずつあります。ツイン和室１部屋のみのご利用の場合は、１階のお部屋をご用意します。その場合は2階のトイレ、洗面所はご利用いただけません。

布団3組：19,500円 （布団の一部を折ったり重ねたりして敷くようになり、窮屈になります）
There is one room of the same size on both the first and second floors. If you wish to use only one twin Japanese-style room, you will be accommodated in the room on the first floor. In that case, the second-floor toilet and washstand will be unavailable for use.

3 futons： 19,500 yen （one of the futons has to be partially folded. Though a small woman or child can lie on it easily, please note that the room may be tight.）

2段ベッドが計4台ある、3名様から8名様のための寝室です。

お子さまの添い寝
大人の方と同じ布団・ベッドで添い寝とされるお子さまは、お子さまお一人一泊につき1,500円をいただきます。
Child sharing a bedding
Children sharing an adult’s futon or bed will be charged 1,500 yen per child per night.

若葉屋公式サイトの予約リクエストフォームにて受け付けます。ご予約に際してご不明点や、フォームではうまく入力できないことなどがありましたら、ゲストハウス若葉屋までどうぞお気軽にご連絡（電話 070-5683-5335・メール）くださいませ。
また、じゃらんnet、楽天トラベル、Booking.com、Agodaでもご予約を受け付けています。ご宿泊料金や予約条件、予約可能日、キャンセルポリシーなどは各宿泊予約サイトによって異なります旨、ご了承ください。
How to Book
Reservations are accepted via the booking request form on Wakabaya’s official website. For any questions on booking or difficulties completing the form, please do not hesitate to email us.
We also accept bookings via Booking.com and Agoda. Please note that accommodation rates, booking conditions, available dates, and cancellation policies may vary between these booking platforms.

この時間外のチェックインを希望される方や、早めに荷物を預けに来られたい方は、予約リクエストフォームでその希望時間を選択してください。ご対応が可能かどうかをご予約お知らせメールにてお知らせします。もし事前のご連絡なく時間外に来られると、留守にしているなどして中に入れない場合があります。
なお、一度チェックインを済ませれば、その後の出入りは時間制限なく、自由にできます。

If you wish to check in outside these hours, or would like to drop off your luggage earlier, please select your preferred time on the booking request form. We will inform you on the booking information email whether this can be accommodated. Please note that if you arrive outside these hours without prior notice, we may be unavailable and unable to let you in.
Once you have checked in, you may come and go freely without any time restrictions.

清掃
連泊中は水まわり、居間、廊下などの清掃と、ゴミ捨て、アメニティやタオルの補充を行います。寝室への入室、清掃、シーツ交換は行いません。寝室内にはお掃除用の粘着クリーナーを置いてあります。
Cleaning
During your consecutive stays, we will clean the bathroom, living room, hallway and other areas, dispose of rubbish, and restock amenities and towels. We will not enter your bedrooms for cleaning or to change sheets. An adhesive rolling cleaner is provided in the bedroom.
